All Kickstand Productions Drive-In Concerts Are All Ages. All sales are final. There is no re-entry. Events will take place rain or shine.
All CDC & State Of Illinois guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with both Cook County and the City Of Schaumburg to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. Event staff will be wearing PPE and Patrons are required to wear masks whenever leaving their vehicle. State guidance on public gatherings, social distancing, public gatherings and certain procedures and practices is subject to change. The safety and wellness of our guests and staff are our top priority.

What Is A Drive-In Concert?
A drive-in concert experience is designed to give music fans the live show experience, while still maintaining social distancing. Think concert meets drive-in movie. Shows will last approximately 60-90mins. In the event of rain, we will schedule a rain date. Per information given at time of purchase, tickets for outside shows are non-refundable.
Can I Get Out Of My Car?
Yes, but you must stay within the confines of your designated zone. Fans are welcome to sit in folding chairs, dance, etc. in the 10ft zone space to the left of their car. You will not be permitted to sit on the roof of your vehicle or be sitting so high as to obstruct the view of others. Please use common courtesy so everyone can enjoy the show.
Are Face Masks Required?
Face masks are required anytime you are outside of your vehicle and in all public areas such as the concession cart, restrooms, or box office.
What Safety Precautions Are Being Taken?
All CDC and State of Illinois guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with local, and state officials to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A MASK TO THE CONCERT FOR ADMITTANCE. MASKS MUST BE WORN WHEN LEAVING THE VEHICLE. We will leave every other parking space empty to ensure sufficient distance between you and surrounding vehicles. Fans are welcome to sit in chairs, dance, etc. in the 10ft zone space to the left of their car. In the event it is necessary for a fan to leave their vehicle or zone, safe social distancing will be strictly enforced. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of staff members for participants to follow, will cause the participant to be subject to ejection. Event staff will be wearing personal protective equipment as required by CDC guidelines.
Our working staff will submit to a temperature check upon arrival and will a pre-shift health screening, plus sanitation training prior to arrival at work. All working staff will be required to wear PPE.
Will Tickets Be Available For Purchase At The Event?
No - tickets are only available online. To ensure safe social distancing, tickets will not be sold in-person on site.
Where Can I Buy Tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively through Ticketweb. Third party tickets cannot be validated. Do not purchase tickets from third party vendors!
How Do Tickets Work Per Car, Person, and Dedicated Space?
A single car pass ticket includes entry for up to 4 people per vehicle. There must be a legal seat and seatbelt for every passenger inside the car. Based on the number of legal & available seats/seat belts beyond the 4 included tickets, a discounted upgrade can be purchased in the event that you have additional passengers. If you choose to bring less than 4 people the starting base price will remain the same and will not be discounted, no minimum passenger requirement for entry.
No parking available for oversized vehicles (i.e. large vans, buses, motorhomes, etc)
If I Don’t Have A Ticket Can I Listen To The Show From A Nearby Area?
No. All surrounding areas, including parking lots and grass fields will be inaccessible.
Are Parking Spaces Assigned?
Parking spots in each section will be general admission. Please do not arrive earlier than the scheduled opening as we will NOT be allowing early entry.
How Does Sound Work?
We will have a full PA system in place for these shows so plan on rolling down your windows to enjoy the show. Additionally, you can tune in to a live audio feed of the show on our FM transmitter.
You will be allowed to place chairs in front of/next to your car as long as you do not exceed the designated area assigned to your car. Masks are required whenever you are outside of your personal vehicle. No exceptions.
We Have A Large Group Coming. Can We Reserve A Space In Advance?
Sorry, we cannot reserve parking. We suggest trying to arrive in the lot behind one another as cars will be directed to fill in rows as they arrive. Still, we cannot guarantee that you will be parked next to the other vehicles in your group. It is recommended that you only share a vehicle with household members with whom you have been sheltering in place.
Can I Arrive Separate From My Group?
No. Your entire party must arrive together.
Can I Arrive Early?
Parking opens 90 minutes prior to scheduled performance time. Please DO NOT arrive any earlier, there will be no place to park or hang-out.
Can I Leave & Come Back?
Re-entry is not permitted.
What If I Need To Leave Before The Show Is Over?
Unless there is an emergency, we ask that everyone stay in their parking space until the end of the show. In the event you need to leave unexpectedly, please ask one of our parking attendants and they will be happy to assist you.
Will Restrooms Be Available?
We are asking that all fans minimize or eliminate the need to leave their car or assigned zone for any reason. A limited number of restrooms will be available for use and guests who need to use the facilities must follow social distancing restrictions and instructional signs. Restroom use will be limited to one adult at a time. Small children may be accompanied by an adult. Handicap restrooms will be available, and all restrooms will be serviced regularly. FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED DURING THIS TIME.
Can I Bring Food? Will Concessions Be Available?
We kindly ask that you not bring outside food and beverage. Concessions and alcohol will be available for purchase on-site.
Can I Bring Alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted, but will be available for purchase on site for guests 21+. Please drink responsibly and abide by the following rules:
• Do not operate your vehicle while drinking
• Have a designated driver
• Do not bring glass bottles
• Dispose of any open containers in the waste cans provided while you exit
Will Someone Be Picking Up The Trash?
While we will have staff on site to assist in housekeeping efforts, we kindly ask that you please take your trash with you and dispose of it at home to limit person-to-person contact and potential spreading of germs.
What Is Your Photo Policy?
Only standard point-and-shoot cameras will be permitted. Cameras with detachable lenses, Go-Pros, or any other professional audio, video, or digital recording devices are prohibited.
What Kind Of Vehicles Are Permitted?
Personal vehicles and trucks that fit in a single, standard parking space are welcome. Oversized vehicles such as RVs. and trailers are not permitted. Motorcycles are welcome but they are considered 1 vehicle. Tickets are sold by the vehicle. Due to social distancing it would be 1 motorcycle per parking area.
Do I Need To Turn My Headlights Off?
Yes, headlights should remain off throughout the duration of the event.
Can I Leave The Hatchback Of My SUV Open During The Show?
Absolutely. Hatchbacks should be raised no higher than the top of your vehicle (level with your roof). If your hatch opens above your roofline, this blocks the view of others. You are responsible for keeping it lowered using a rope or similar method. Hatchback lights can usually be turned off by using a pen or piece of metal to close the opened latch. To re-open the latch, just pull the lever.
What If I Need Assistance During The Event?
Our event staff and security personnel are here to help. If you have a question or concern, please notify the nearest staff member and we will be glad to assist you. You may also call 224.219.2310 for assistance. If you experience an emergency situation during the event, please call 911 first and then notify the nearest staff member.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Only service animals will be allowed on-site, no dogs or other pets will be permitted into the event.
Will There Be An Encore Performance?
No, there will not be an encore performance.

• Advertising, selling or promoting any third-party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
• Amplified sound systems
• Disorderly conduct
• Fireworks
• Generators
• Grills or fryers
• Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
• Laser pointers
• Littering
• Noisemakers
• Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps
• Use of drones
• Wagons and strollers
• Weapons
